We kindly ask you to read carefully the following terms and conditions.
*Prices include all taxes.
Once the availability and the total cost of the services are confirmed by our company, (usually within 24 hours from your request) your confirmation will be asked. For reservations till 29 days before the arrival, we require a deposit of the 30% of the total cost. For reservations less than 28 days before the arrival the whole amount (100%) of the total cost is required.
There are no other charges to be added. After payment is charged, you will receive your payment receipt.
Cancellation of the reservation
Cancellation made for any reason will result to “cancellation fees”.
The usual cancellation fees rate as follows:

If you would like to cancel or modify your request, send us e-mail. “Safe Period” for cancelling your reservation is considered the number of days prior the arrival date that are safe to cancel. If your reservation is cancelled “on time” this means that there is no cancellation fee to be paid. The only charges you get are for administration fee and expenses that were made for your reservation phone calls, fax, etc.

is 11:00 a.m. Late departure depends on the availability of the villa and is chargeable.
Extension / Alteration of Holidays
Extending your holidays is not always possible, although every effort will be made. No refund will be given for a stay shorter, than the one you booked, and the villa, house or apartment is free to be let after the client’s departure. A major alteration may be treated as cancellation.
Although Greece is of course a full European Union member, many of its customs and practices differ from the familiar in Northern Europe, particularly in terms of medical facilities. You should also assume that you are not personally insured when carried in any motor vehicle. Therefore, you take out your own travel insurance.
The accommodation has the necessary legal insurance. In the event of a customer claim for damages for non-existent or false reasons, «Triopetra Blue Horizon Villas» reserves all legal rights.
Please make your own flight arrangement and then inform us of the details. We are not responsible for any problems with flights such as delays or cancellations by the operator or their agents.
The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the clients and is not to be sublet under any circumstances. All breakages and losses must be paid for prior to departure, which normally ends at noon on the last day of rental. In case of late departure, we can extend your stay in the house, villa or apartment only in case that not new clients are expected.
Our Company is not responsible for loss or damage to clients because of circumstances beyond its control, such as failures of public supplies or transportation, acts by governments, civil disturbances, acts of God etc. In the unlikely event of any observations or complaints, do please discuss these directly with us, at the time, during your stay.
The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition as upon arrival. Any excessive cleaning, loss or damage to the property, or debts or charges incurred will be itemized and charged to the Client. Clients are required to act in a responsible manner at all times, and to act with respect towards other guests, neighbours, the owner and their staff. «Triopetra Blue Horizon Villas» reserves the absolute right to require any individual to vacate a property for inappropriate behaviour, in which case there would be no refund of any rental payment.The customer is required to read carefully and comply with the conditions of use of the pool indicated on the relevant plate.
Number of guests
The total number of guests staying at the property may not exceed the number of sleeping places specified in the promotional material. The owner reserves the right to refuse entry or evict the entire party if the number of persons occupying a property exceeds the number stipulated in the reservation made.
Expenses paid locally at extra cost
The rental property and any facilities or services expressly included in the written information provided by «Triopetra Blue Horizon Villas» are included in the sale price. Normal use of electricity and water are also included unless otherwise stated in the price list. Some local expenses may be excluded from the rental cost specified, such as linens, heating, utilities and personal services such as maids or cooks. Upon arrival, you will find a detailed brochure with a list of additional services offered.
